Comments & Complaints procedure
Tagsa Uibhist believes that Comments and Complaints are a valuable indicator of the quality of our service and an opportunity for improvement.
We encourage all staff, clients and families to provide comments either positive or negative when ever they wish. We don’t just want to hear about the big things, but all the every day things that either drive you mad or make you smile.
A comment can be made: by telephone; in writing; by email; or in person. All responses will be followed up in writing (preferably email).

Complainants have the right to refer their complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman if they are unhappy with the outcome of an investigation. The complainant also has the right to alert the Care Inspectorate. They can be contacted on:
